Terms of Service

The service

VeloHosty provides web hosting, domain registration and related services. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to open an account.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration and contact details, particularly for domain names, which are subject to registrar and registry rules.

Payments and renewal

Hosting renews at the same price you signed up with; we never raise renewal prices for existing hosting subscriptions. Domain registrations renew at registry prices, which are displayed before purchase and may change over time.

If a payment fails we send reminders, apply a grace period, and may suspend the service before any termination eligibility.

Acceptable use

Services must be used lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. We do not terminate services based on unverified abuse reports; reports are reviewed by staff first.

Liability

Services are provided with commercially reasonable care. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service in the preceding 12 months, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
