Refund Policy

New orders
New hosting orders are eligible for a refund within the period defined at checkout (a 30-day money-back window is the standard policy for shared hosting, subject to business confirmation).
Domain fees
Domain registration fees are generally non-refundable once a domain is registered, because the registry considers the registration final. We will always try to resolve issues first.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor and may take several business days to appear. Refunds are recorded against the original invoice and payment records.
Eligibility review
Abuse-related terminations and accounts in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds. This policy will be finalized with legal review before launch.
Some sections require final business and legal review before launch.
