Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose
This policy defines acceptable use of VeloHosty services so that shared infrastructure remains fast, secure and reliable for everyone.
Prohibited activity
You may not use the services to: distribute malware, phishing content or spam; attack other systems; operate illegal marketplaces; infringe intellectual property rights; or otherwise break the law of your jurisdiction.
Resource use
Shared plans must not consume disproportionate resources that degrade service for other customers. Resource limits are documented per plan.
Enforcement
Abuse reports are reviewed manually by staff before any action. We may suspend a service to protect the infrastructure while an investigation is underway, and we notify the account holder promptly.
Some sections require final business and legal review before launch.
