We collect the minimum information needed to provide hosting services: your name, email address, billing details (processed by our payment provider), and the technical records required to operate your services.

We do not collect passports, government IDs, or payment card numbers. Card payments are handled directly by Stripe.

How we use your information

Your information is used to provide and bill for services, communicate important service notices, provide support, and meet legal obligations such as domain registration requirements.

Referral tracking stores only an opaque referral code and minimal attribution data. IP addresses used for abuse prevention are minimized and not retained longer than necessary.

Essential cookies keep the application working (session, locale, theme). Optional analytics and marketing cookies are loaded only after you consent, and you can change your choice at any time.

Data sharing

We share data only with the providers that operate your services (registrars, hosting infrastructure, payment processors, email delivery) and only to the extent required. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Legal and financial records are retained as required by law even after account closure.
